Bahçeşehir Satellite Town Project, which is the biggest housing project of Turkey, is among the biggest and most significant construction projects of Süzer Group.
Bahçeşehir Project, which is evaluated as a “self-sufficient town project”, was known as the biggest construction project of Turkey after GAP for such period. Bahçeşehir Project which was commenced to be constructed in 1990 was planned and effectuated with 16,000 housings and social, technical and commercial facilities on 4 million 700 thousand square meters. The Project consists of 2400 villas and 13,850 flats. Now 45,000 people live in Bahçeşehir.
Within the scope of Bahçeşehir Project, there are 15 private and public schools providing education varying from kindergarden to high school, more than 60 restaurants, cafes and bars, a shopping center, gas station, hospitals, clinics, sports centers, small lake and pleasure trip areas and a cultural center of 1219 people.
